FAQs

YES. We at Mr Pool Service strive to provide a level of service that would preclude these types of problems, we feel you deserve the peace of mind that comes with knowing we are an insured pool service. We are proud to say we have yet to have one claim filed.
NO. Mr. Pool Service believes that quality customer service is the only way to keep customers! Most of our customers have been with us for years.
While we will do our best to accommodate all requests, the day each pool is serviced is determined by when our technicians are in your area. If you have a special event and would like it serviced on a specific day we can always perform an additional cleaning upon request.
Your pool care technician will check your equipment at each weekly visit. Minor problems will be fixed on the spot; if your equipment requires more extensive servicing we will leave our slip with the information and follow up with a phone call so that we can further discuss the corrective action needed. We are fully trained and licensed to clean, repair or replace all of your pool equipment.
Our normal policy is not to add water but to leave our service slip asking you to add water to the pool. If you plan to be absent from your home for an extended period of time, please contact us before you leave to arrange for our technician to install an automatic timer for your water hose.
Lightning is not the safest thing to do! While we don't mind getting wet, we want to keep our guys safe. If it is raining your pool will be serviced as normal. If there is lightning, we will look at the radar and see if we can wait the storm out and service your pool at a later time that day. If radar shows storms most of the day then a "severe weather service" will be performed; checking and adjusting chemicals, emptying baskets, and backwashing if needed however the pool will not be cleaned.
A salt system only treats the pool with chlorine, there are 8 other chemicals and tests that need to be performed on your pool to make sure it stays crystal clear.
